She founded Crewpathio in 2021 to bring operations-research rigor to consultant staffing — convinced that the problem was solvable and that no existing tool was solving it well.
CTO & Co-Founder
Background in recommendation systems and graph algorithms, built ranking infrastructure at a B2B analytics company before co-founding Crewpathio. Recognized that consulting resource allocation was structurally a graph-ranking problem that hadn't been modeled rigorously. Leads all engineering and oversees the scoring-engine architecture.
Head of Product
Spent five years as a resource manager at a professional services firm before moving into product. Brings buyer-side domain knowledge to every feature decision — if a resource manager wouldn't actually use it, it doesn't ship. Shapes Crewpathio's product roadmap with a focus on allocation workflow adoption rather than platform feature breadth.
Head of Partnerships
Former PSA consultant who helped firms implement Kantata and Planview across multiple engagements. Understands PSA data quality issues from inside the integrations layer — which is why the Crewpath integration handles messy real-world PSA data by design. Leads partnerships strategy and oversees customer onboarding.
