At the end of your pilot, you'll have full utilization and bench cost data to evaluate ROI. You can convert to a Growth or Scale plan, extend the pilot with a custom arrangement, or exit — no long-term commitment required from the pilot.
Active consultants are those in your HRIS or PSA with at least one engagement in the past 12 months or currently on bench. Inactive profiles (departed staff, contractors you haven't engaged in over 12 months) do not count toward your limit.

Yes. Growth includes native integration with Kantata and Planview. Setup typically takes 1–2 weeks including your IT team's involvement for OAuth credential provisioning. We provide a dedicated integration guide and support throughout.
Minimum viable pilot requires: (1) a CSV export of your consultant profiles with skills tags, and (2) a list of recent engagement records with outcomes. PSA integration is optional for the pilot — CSV is sufficient to run the scoring engine and measure accuracy.
