Connect your PSA and HRIS data sources.

Crewpathio syncs with Kantata, Planview, Workday, and BambooHR to pull consultant profiles, availability calendars, engagement history, and billing rate data. CSV import is available for firms that prefer a manual path. Initial sync completes in under four hours for firms with up to 300 consultants.

Step 02

Build the People Graph.

Crewpathio constructs a graph database linking consultants, past clients, and engagement outcomes through weighted relationship edges. This is what enables chemistry scoring — the graph knows which consultants extended, which were re-requested, and which disengaged early. Graph updates run in near-real-time as new engagement data flows in.

Step 03

Score every viable consultant simultaneously.

When a resource manager creates a new engagement brief, the scoring engine evaluates all available consultants in parallel — applying domain, chemistry, utilization, and bench cost dimensions in a single weighted pass. Average scoring time for a 150-consultant firm is under 90 seconds.
